ABOUT MOX
Who the hell is MOX?
I fell out of love with it. Then found it again.
Hi! I'm Marie.
In my teens I went to sports school, which sounds like it should be a great origin story. And in some ways it was, but mostly what I absorbed was pressure: To perform, to look right, to take up less space. Eventually I just stopped.
I started working out again in my mid-twenties, and it was completely different. Nobody was watching. Nothing was on the line. I started lifting, I stopped trying to be smaller, and somewhere in that process I actually started enjoying my body for what it could do rather than what it looked like.
MOX came out of that shift. I work with women on strength training and nutrition because strength is genuinely one of the best investments you can make in yourself, especially as you get older.
Train consistently and you'll notice how your energy improves, you feel better day to day, you can keep up with your kids, or carry your groceries home in one go.Coaching Philosophy
